‘Stained Glass Lives’ is a series of monologues reimagining the lives of traditional nativity characters through contemporary eyes.
A night of live theatre and music taking off the holy halos and grounding the narrative in current earthy issues.

When Joseph is wrongfully accused of forcing himself upon his girlfriend, a knock to the head brings heavenly hallucinations.
A homeless man follows a strange vision which leads to a young couple and their baby in a squat.
A renowned professor exhausted from a life of education finds wisdom in an unexpected place.
Set in contemporary Salford, ‘Stained Glass Lives,’ explores issues of homelessness, teenage pregnancy, food banks, the pandemic and many more whilst remaining true to the essence of a nativity.
