Nick Everritt: Quiet
Join quiet man Nick Everritt for an hour of alternative stand-up comedy. Watch in awe as he establishes a comedic persona and then performs a series of jokes. Featuring perfunctory crowd work, a medley of ice-breaking gags relating to his physical appearance, a lengthy ‘Tinder bit’ and an obligatory emotionally resonant finale.
“Those in search of the truly alternative, look no further” ★★★★ (One4Review).
“A droll, witty and very self-conscious deconstruction of comedy…Expect to see more of him” (Chortle).
3rd Place: South Coast Comedian of the Year 2020/21.
Finalist: Max Turner Prize 2020, Leicester Square Theatre Sketch-Off 2019, Get Up Stand Up 2019, Laughing Horse New Act of the Year 2018, South East New Comedian of the Year 2018.
Deskjockey Records Presents: The Welly House Band with Rodney and Harpanskraft–
Deskjockey Records Presents: The Welly House Band with Rodney and Harpanskraft
Desk Jockey Records are from Greater Manchester who found inspiration in Salford’s musical ancestry.
Although none of the members are originally from Salford, they studied and lived in the city, moved by the artistry that originated here.
“There’s such a scope of creative things going on in Salford. All the link to the Manchester bands that come from Salford, and looking through the lens of theatre you’ve got so many venues, like the New Adelphi theatre, or you’ve got the Lowry or even in here where we’re sat right now is a staple of Manchester theatre”,
Bringing you an evening of experimental, and sometimes dissonant music, this event will encourage the audience to be part of the performance.

Harun Musho’d: Why I Don’t Talk To People About Terrorism
"Harun Musho'd is an Arabic name. Good news is I can't drive. Bad news is I have a rucksack. If you don't like that joke, don't come to this show.”
The reasons Harun Musho’d doesn’t talk to people about terrorism include: prejudice and stereotyping, complex family background, two near-misses as a victim of terrorism, and the obvious fact that he doesn’t identify as a terrorist. The show isn’t just about terrorism, but encompasses politics more widely and some exploration of his complex background, and bonkers family.
Praise for Harun Musho’d:
"Excellent Show. Sharp and witty comedy from a rising star." FringeReview.
"a great comedian" ★★★★ Views From The Gods.
"When so many newer comics are Stewart Lee wannabes, at least this bears comparison to the original" Chortle.
"If you get a chance to see this and miss it then you are a fool!" ★★★★★ Faversham Radio.
